How do I access the content?
After subscribing you sign in to the Hub with your email and password: all content unlocks instantly in the browser, no installs. Downloadable resources (families, templates, visuals) are retrieved from each item's page.
Are the families and templates compatible with my Revit version?
Families and templates are published from Revit 2021 and are forward-compatible with newer versions (2022–2026). Each resource lists its base version; we don't guarantee they'll open in earlier versions.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. We issue a receipt for every payment, for individuals and companies alike. Enter your billing details when you subscribe or from your account, and you'll get the invoice by email automatically.
